CHRIS DIAL brings nearly a decade of experience in craft brewing to everything he does—an industry that demands creativity, resilience, and hands-on leadership. As the co-founder of a family-owned microbrewery in downtown Chattanooga, TN, Chris built more than just a business; he cultivated a community hub that reflected his values and entrepreneurial spirit. From navigating operational hurdles to building customer loyalty, he gained a deep understanding of what it truly takes to launch and sustain a small business.
Beyond his own venture, Chris spent four years serving on the board of the Tennessee Brewers Guild. There, he played an active role in strengthening the state’s brewing landscape—advocating for legislative support, promoting collaboration among brewers, and championing the independent craft beer movement. His leadership within the Guild underscored his commitment to the broader industry and his belief in the power of shared success.
Throughout his journey, Chris faced his fair share of challenges, learning through experience rather than instruction. The wins taught him momentum, and the setbacks taught him resilience.
